After more than 25 years working Human Resources, I launched H(e)R Consulting to help growing businesses get the experienced HR leadership they need, without the cost of hiring a full-time HR executive.

Throughout my career, I've worked at every level of HR, from ground-level operations to HR leadership. I've supported organizations through large-scale hiring initiatives, workforce transitions, payroll operations for hundreds of employees, and both union and non-union environments.
